Written and recorded while living in London and traveling Europe during 2009 and 2010, these 10 songs comprise the first full length album for NYC based artist Isotope of Me. "Geometry" includes elements from across electronic music genres. The songs include staccato, machine like IDM style beats, generative analog modular synth lines, and cut-up, glitchy sample edits, while retaining emotive, human melodic elements and diverse song structures.
Benjamin Cameron turned his attention to writing an album of electronic music after years of working in sound design and music production for web and film. His background in sound design shows through on this album via his use of modular synthesis, found sounds and samples manipulated into instruments and sound effects that are blended seamlessly into the fabric of the songs.
